We trade beef and mutton fresh, chilled or frozen. Our traded provenance includes Australian frozen mutton and Brazilian frozen beef — Australia exports more Halal lamb and mutton than any country in the world, processed under the Australian Government Authorised Halal Program, while Brazil is the largest single supplier of Halal beef to the GCC.
Frozen product is held and moved at or below −18°C, the international baseline for frozen meat, with temperature monitored and documented across the journey. Every consignment carries full origin documentation and a Halal certificate prepared to UAE import requirements.
