Halal, cold-chain and traceability are where a serious buyer decides. We treat each as a discipline with evidence behind it — not a line of reassurance.

  • Halal

    Halal, certified at source and recognised at the border

    For the UAE market, Halal is a customs requirement. We source meat and poultry only from origins whose Halal certification is issued by a body recognised under the UAE’s framework, and we keep the Halal certificate — and, for meat, the slaughter certificate — with every relevant consignment.

  • Cold-chain

    An unbroken cold chain, measured — not assumed

    Frozen meat and poultry are held and moved at or below −18°C, the internationally recognised baseline, with temperature monitored across storage and transit. Where the route allows, data loggers travel inside the container for a continuous, time-stamped temperature history — the HACCP principle of identify, measure and correct.

  • Traceability

    Country of origin on every line — provenance you can trace

    Every line carries its country of origin, declared on the consignment and the invoice, with documentation retained back to source. It lets a chef tell a guest where the mutton was raised, and a buyer prove to an auditor where the produce was grown and packed.

  • UAE standards

    Cleared to UAE standards, documented on every consignment

    Food consignments are registered through Dubai Municipality’s Food Import and Re-export System (FIRS), prepared against ESMA product and labelling standards, and accompanied by the documentation customs expect — health certificate of origin, certificate of origin, invoice and packing list, with bilingual labelling.

Our consignments are prepared to pass scrutiny, not merely to reach it. Dubai Municipality may draw samples for laboratory testing at the point of entry; our documentation pack is built to clear that bar.
